Terms and Conditions of Stay – Captain Nick ApartHotel
By booking accommodation provided by Captain Nick ApartHotel, guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted the following terms and conditions.
1. General Terms
Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid photo ID, sign the registration form, and pay the Environmental Fee (2€ per room, per night).
Check-in time: from 15:00 – Check-out time: until 11:00.
To rent a room, personal information and other data necessary for the proper execution of the accommodation contract are required.
Quiet hours: from 23:00 to 07:00.
The reception provides one key per room. In case of loss, a 10€ fee applies.
Requests to extend the stay beyond the agreed departure date must be made to the reception by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Extensions, where possible, are subject to additional charges according to the current price list available at reception.
Only registered guests are allowed to enter the hotel premises.
Visitors who are not registered guests may stay on the premises only with management approval, and only between 07:00 and 23:00.
The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuables left in the room.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage or destruction of furniture, equipment, or hotel property caused by their fault and must report any damage immediately to reception.
The hotel reserves the right to retain personal belongings in case of unpaid damages.
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians in all hotel areas. Guardians are fully responsible for any damage caused by children.
Children under 6 years old stay free of charge, and a baby cot can be provided upon request.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if, upon arrival, more people appear than those stated in the booking.
The maximum capacity of baby cots or extra beds is one (1) and only in specific room types.
Guest behavior must not disturb the peace of others. Verbal or physical abuse, harassment, or threats towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated. The hotel reserves the right to deny further services to anyone violating this policy.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
2. Room Rules
Guests are not allowed to make any changes or modifications to the room or its equipment.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
An extra cleaning fee may apply for unusual dirt or stains (e.g., hair dye, blood, ink, vomit) or damage to linens, towels, or mattresses.
Storing food outside the refrigerator is not permitted, as it may attract insects (flies, ants). In such cases, guests will be charged for disinfection costs.
3. Payment Terms
By confirming your booking, you agree to pay the total amount of your stay as stated at the time of reservation.
All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card. Payment may be made in advance or upon check-in, depending on the rate plan.
Non-refundable rate: Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. No cancellations or modifications are allowed. No refund will be given in case of cancellation or no-show.
The hotel reserves the right to charge a deposit or full payment at any time before the check-in date.
Deposit policy:
To confirm a reservation, a 20% deposit (or the cost of one night’s stay, whichever is higher) must be paid within 3 days from the booking date.

The remaining balance may be paid by bank transfer up to 20 days before check-in, or upon arrival by cash or card.
4. Cancellation Policy
30 or more days before arrival: Deposit refunded in full.
29–15 days before arrival: 25% of the total amount will be charged.
14–7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
6 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of early departure, the guest is required to pay the full amount of the reservation.
For multiple-room bookings, the deposit applies individually per room and cannot be transferred or offset in case of cancellation of one or more rooms.
5. Liability
The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the stay.
Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for valuables.
The hotel assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss caused by third parties.
If a guest fails to comply with the hotel’s regulations, the management reserves the right to request immediate departure without any refund.
For all matters not covered by the above terms, the provisions of the Civil Code of the Hellenic Republic shall apply.
